Read: 2004-2006 (I think it was fairly new then)

Format: Mass market paperback

Series: I believe this was book 1 or book 2 of what seems like it was intended to be a series about the Arthurian Knights, but it never got past 2 or 3 books in the series

Genre: Sort of one's typical historical romance style, retellling of the Dame Ragnelle and Gawain marriage. Not too explicit.

As I recall, a slightly different take on the Guinever/Lancelot affair (there's a twist!), but seen through the eyes of the Ragnelle/Gawain so I think it was intended also to be spread over multiple books....

I thought maybe Elizabeth Chadwick wrote the series, but I don't think so now...a quick review of her books didn't make anything leap out
