Hi! I’m not sure anything is said about blank pages in the Librarian Manual. Should I include them in the actual page count? Thanks!

Blank pages shouldn't be counted if they are at the end of the book. But if, for example the book finshes on page 300, then there are two blank pages, then a one page acknowledgement, the page count would be 303. :)
