Finally! I don't have another book yet :-(

Work was crazy, was on calls the whole day so did not get to the audiobook I wanted to read yesterday and today.

I should have one done in about a half hour or so. I'm trying to blaze through another one before bedtime tonight.

The other team has found on ship already on their 4th board, so lots of catching up to do!

Right?! I'm sacrificing some writing time to blaze through some audios this weekend.

I'm hoping Megan, Tricia, and Davina might have a few books to chip in over this next week. That will be a boon for us. :) (No worries if you don't have books right now, ladies. I know life is crazy-busy these days. However, if you do get some finished, we'll be excited with you.)

Looking ahead at the next board (after we sink our final ship on this one)...

Do we still like our current sections of the board that we worked on this time? Do we want to mix anything up?

Here's what I think we did last time:

Staci - upper right quadrant
Sarita - the left few columns
Andrea - lower right quadrant
Davina, Megan, and Tricia - chipping in all over the board as you're able

Anyone need adjustments to that? Does it sound okay as-is? Thoughts?

Here's my plan for my quadrant (6-10, F-J):

G7, G9
H6, H8, H10
I7, I9
J6, J8, J10

I don't mind help on sinking any ships in my region as we discover them.

Another thought...
Staci and Sarita: Do we want to assign someone to hunting for ships and another person to sinking whichever ones are found? And the third person can do either/or? Or two for hunting and one for sinking?

I don't know what will help us the fastest. Just thinking aloud here. :)

I think we should try to find the ships as soon as possible and then when we have found it, we can hit it for sinking?

So for example, our first 5 rounds we just try to find them as soon as possible.

Then, the next 3 rounds we try and sink them

Then 5 rounds finding them again?

with rounds I mean Monday or Thursdays for updates?

Staci, are you wanting to sink the ships in your quadrant? I won’t incorporate them into the sinking spots unless you want me to.

So sorry about that! I hope spring brings new joy and motivation. I feel my mood rising every time I get a bit of sun. We've had a long winter. But I believe it's getting better :).
