SOLVED. Romance, Reverse harem, 8/10 marks (runes maybe?) I THINK her dad is involved (as a bad guy). [s]

This one is very foggy. Definitely a fantasy, paranormal kinda thing. I remember that when everyone becomes a certain age, they go into a pool (I think) and marked with normally 2/3 runes/houses/marks/elements - something along those lines. The girl (main character) ends up being marked with them all including a long forgotten rune. Pretty sure one of the men in her harem ends up being her brothers best friend. Oh and her brother and her best friend are together behind her back and he is a bad guy. Her mum has her own harem with I think 2 other men but there was a third who "died" and eventually turns out to be a bad guy too. I think she can also open a portal to another "realm" where their people originated from? Please help! Thank you!
