1. amazing characters with great development and detail, super well-rounded and great personality traits. pretty writing style and lyrical prose, something super striking and gorgeous. good pacing and plot, lots of action, no romance tropes. amazing foreshadowing is good too. if it makes me scream, cry, or get overly emotional, it's probably amazing unless I'm getting emotional because of how terrible it is.
2. I would try to go back for my boss and pull off a distraction when I found the murderer. use my surroundings and all that fun stuff. probably trip and die but THEORETICALLY I make my way around the murderer or knock them out with part of a filing cabinet or something. would carefully plan how to get down to an escape route and then probably ruin it by falling or dropping something.
3. I rant. stress-write, cry, stress-eat, chuck some things, and scream at my homework. get distracted. start doing something else. get annoyed again and start getting anxious because I've procrastinated everything and fuck it's eleven o clock.
4. I'm a Catholic if that counts for anything LMAO. But I have my doubts about what happens after we die. I'd like to believe there's a heaven and that I'm good enough not to wind up in Hell. humankind's legacy will be "destroyed the most shit on earth". or maybe "most vicious species ever".
5. I guess morals count as flexible, but not so flexible that they cross specific lines. you could say they're a unique set for each person but at some point or another they're wrong. there are boundaries. most people are ordinary and have pretty average morals, but there are very good people and very bad people and they are the most extreme cases.
6. I mean...if humans count as animals, I guess we're not on the same level in terms of sentience.

Guess I'll answer my own questions?
1. To me, a book must be intellectually stimulating. Reading is not a passive activity—the best books will make you think. This is part of the reason I love court intrigue so much: it takes brainpower to unravel all the political mechanisms, devious schemes, and complex motivations, and it's all a bit like a good game of chess.
2. Though I wouldn't save the boss, I would feel a bit guilty. Honestly, I'd probably break open a window out of desperation or something, or find someplace to hide. Like an elevator or something.
3. I would want emotional support, but I don't feel comfortable being too personal with someone lmao. So advice it is.
4. I consider a nihilistic view to be more realistic, to be honest. We've just specks of dust in the grand scheme of things...I highly doubt there's going to be anyone to remember us after we destroy each other/the world, so let's just enjoy it while we can.
5. True, it all depends on how you view things. Cannibalism is generally viewed as morally repulsive, but quite a few island tribes have no problem with it.
6. Agree. You can be equal by law but unequal in every other way.

come to think of it i feel like i've seen her mention compulsively organizing / wanting things in order... not here but i feel like somewhere she has,,, idk

1.) when reading, i look for a good time. of course, the quality most likely will impact how much i enjoy it, but if it has a good plot and is well done, then i'll probably like it. i also love books with original ideas that make me think. my ideal book would have me invested from the start, anxious to know what happens next, and unable to take my eyes of the pages. i would be thinking about it well after I had finished it.
2.) i would wait it out. find a great place to hide, try to arm myself, and hope for the best. and it depends on how i feel about my boss and what my chances are. how much do i know? is my boss more capable of defending themself than me? where would we even go, what could i do to save them? ultimately, i'd say no.
3.) if it's something that i cannot change and just need to deal with, then emotional support. i get stressed a lot of the time about college and the future, so i would prefer the latter in that situation.
4.) life is all just one big distraction from death. i try to live in the moment the best i can and try to appreciate life. the more i think about it, the more i start spiralling, so i'm not ginna get too deep here. i like enjoying the little things, like books, sunsets, dessert, and art. i believe my purpose here is to make this earth better for everyone else; at least, that's what i try to do.
5.) well, my religion says this, and i agree with it. to humans, everything is grey. it's incredibly hard to tell what's good and evil all on your own, hence the plethora of quarreling that you see every day. i do what feels right, what my gut instinct is, because i trust God's judgement better than my own, and he gives me the answers.

😂 you did your best, im still surprised how you (view spoiler) from those answers, i could never

2. First: figure out if this murderer is looking for someone specific. If he was (assuming the murderer is a he; statistically, most serial killers/mass murderers are men) looking for someone, figure out a way to keep that person safe without putting myself in danger. If he's just here to kill and it doesn't matter who, then he'll probably stick around on the first floor for a bit, giving me time to get my boss and figure out a way out. If the murderer is using the stairs, then it's easy: as soon as he's on the stairs, I get in the elevator, go down to the first floor, and get the hell out of the building. If he's in the elevator, it's a little more difficult, but still doable. I'll take the stairs, and just do my best to stay out of his way.
3. Neither, I don't really have anyone to go to that I trust enough. But usually, if I do, I go for practical support. I'd rather remove the root of the problem than the symptoms.
4. I don't know.
5. Oh that's false. I think that there are different morals, but there is still "Good" and "bad", there's no question about that.
6. False
Make some guesses as to my Hogwarts house? Zodiac? MBTI? Idk

2) I would probably stay on the top floor, it's a skyscraper and I doubt that the murderer would get all the way up through all the floors (while still murdering) before the police arrive. It would depend on my relationship with my boss; if we were actually friends or something then I might go back for them, but only if I thought I could make it in time.
3) I sort of just isolate myself. I don't like sharing my negative feelings, it makes me feel more vulnerable than I'd like.
4) Just to suffer. Okay, serious answer now: I'm not really sure. I'm probably somewhere between existentialism and nihilism, I just sort of feel like I'm here to try my best.
5) I feel like good and bad depend very heavily on a person's point of view.
6) False. I don't weigh a mosquito as the same as a cat, for example.

Maybe INTJ or ENTJ? Though "emotionally out of touch" does scream inferior Fe, so INTP is also a possibility.
