These are not duplicates, both editions have valid ISBN numbers. Page count is corrected according to worldcat.

These are not duplicates, they have ISBNs and ASINs, and not to be merged. This is a wrong thread for this request, please start a new thread for combining editions.

I help the authors who are Kennedy Fox a lot with their GR stuff, so I contacted them to ask about what was required to receive the anthologies. I also found a print version of each on Google books, but I don't think it was ever actually published (there's scant info on it, and I don't find a pb version mentioned in any of their advertisements for the anthologies). I'm asking for clarification of that as well.

Hi Amanda--regarding #259 that Leila posted, I just spoke with the author and both of the anthologies Leila linked were newsletter builders and required registration. They were not and will not be published anywhere.
