Please help me find this book

Hi I’ve been trying to find this boi for a long time. It’s about an nanny who helps this dad take care of his son whose about 4 years old. She then meets his second son who’s 6-8 years old and I believe his name was dean but this child lives with his mom mostly. And the mom ends up being very abusive towards him his whole like. Later on in the story they were together at Disney world and the baby was pregnant by the father and was shit while they were at a puppet store. I can’t remember any of the other names.
