This was another great instalment of this series. An intriguing case with many facets and more interesting insights into Kim, Kev and Tracy. I hope we get some personal perspectives of Stacey and Bryant in further books.
I'm very much enjoying this series. This was another solid installment in the series.I definitely want to know more about Bryant. It kind of bothers me that I don't know his first name.
He might be another Roarke. Hasn't Nora Roberts said we'll never find out his first name... maybe the idea for Bryant is the same. Man of mystery. It has just struck me that there are few similarities in this series and In Death. Maybe the English version of it, LOLOL.
It bothers me, too, that we don’t know his first name. I really don’t know why the author has chosen to be silent about it. There’s a point of view for Roarke not having one. I don’t get it here.
Maybe it will be revealed in a deep and meaningful conversation with Kim. When she trusts him with her secrets he may reveal it to her, maybe it's a really dorky name or something he hates? Or there may be more to it? It's going to be interesting to hopefully find out. I'm sure there is a reason for the lack of disclosure.
It will be a rather big moment when that happens. At this point, I don’t think the author would just slide it in. You’re onto something, Lisa.
I love this series. Kim is such an interesting and complex character, every tidbit we learn about her adds to her mystic. I don't need to know Bryant's first name at this point. I think when we get there it will be a change in their work/personal relationship. Not that they will be lovers, but something like Morris and Eve. When she called him Li to help him emotionally.
