According to Perdurabo, Revised and Expanded Edition: The Life of Aleister Crowley (note 101 to Chapter 12) Crowley wrote the introduction to this book. However, the 1938 scan available in Google Books does not include it. I would hope that the reprint with his name on the cover does, but I can not yet confirm that.
