Still waiting for my copy..... hopefully this weekend.
My copy finally came in so I'm ready.
Really liked the crafty way he dealt with Guthfrith. This appearance by Domnall and the Scots doesn't bode well.....

Haven't started yet. Boyfriend very sick, had to bring him to ER. He's home now, and getting better, but was stressful.Will finally make a start tomorrow afternoon, which is tomorrow morning for you, I think.

Domnal just visited Bebbanburg to bring Constantine's offer. Uhtred really is between a rock and a hard place, it seems.Itching to find out what happens at that place in Cumbria now.
This spot seems tougher than most.
Overall, Uhtred seems much more melancholy.....guess old age may finally be catching up to him.
