Reviews from accounts without profile pics?

As an author trying to get his work out there, I always look forward to the possible opportunity of new reviews. However, I've been somewhat skeptical on something. Usually, when I post about my book info under a post where someone says they're open for reviewing, I may get a message from an account saying they'd review my book, and these accounts almost always have no profile picture. What really makes me question the accounts is that when I click on the accounts without a pfp, they always have ratings but no reviews. Should I go ahead and send my book over to these Goodreaders, or is it best to hold off?

I would always be wary about anyone who doesn't look professional, more so if they want your money. If they have no reviews, they may just want to read books for free. If nothing else, it gives you no idea what their tastes are and a chance to possibly avoid misunderstandings due to (sub)genre or potential sensitive content.
