February '21 Serial Reader Challenge

I finished my first book in the Writer’s Apprentice Series by Julia Buckley. “A Dark and Stormy Murder” I really enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to reading the second in the series. The story moved right along and I didn’t guess the killer right away. There is a little bit of romance and a secondary mystery.

Finished the first book of Vicki Delaney Sherlock Homes and starting on the 2nd book of the series.

I highly recommend Shadow Box by Luanne Rice. I could not put it down.

February 9, 2-21 I finished my second book in the writer’s apprentice series. DEATH IN DARL BLUE by author Julia Buckley.

I really love this book and intend to continue reading this series. This has everything you need in a mystery. Intrigue, murder, romance, kidnapping and a wealthy, evil bad guy.

I’ve finished my first, and loved it. My only proviso is that I’m glad I’ve been reading this series in order, as a lot of what happens depends on knowing what happened to the characters previously.

I have kept working my way through the Liz Lucas books (Murder in Cottage #6 is the first in the series, and loving them, my picks were #s 2 and 3 and I am currently on #9 - so many, MANY thanks Anne :D
