Reverse Harem/YA the MC could teleport and had basements of weapons and files where only she could get in. The group of guys in the beginning are looking for her and when they find her they try to get her to work with them but she refuses. Then she has birds follow the guys to their hotel so she can snoop. They eventually become friendly and I remember where they are in one of her houses and a group from the same company the guys work for shoot up the house trying to kill the MC and her guys. I can’t really remember anymore. I believe I read this series in 2019. I have tried to find it everywhere but I can’t. Also this was free on Kindle.

Adults since there are sexual scenes. Would that make it not YA? I’m not sure. It is definitely within the magical section.
I believe the main characters are early 20’s.
I read your description and quickly thought I had read this book. It took me some time to look through my read shelf, but I think it is Twisted Flames by Aster North
