What are you Currently Reading?

Im currently readingAlways and Forever, Lara Jean, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, and The Battle of the Labyrinth. They are all soooo good. I know it might be weird that im reading like 3 books at the same time but.... i can never remembering anything important but when it comes to my novels, ill remember the most random stuff.

I'm currently reading the Crooked Kingdom and have been for five or more days, I hate school! I love this book so much already and school is getting in my waaaaay! :)

The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, Mexican Gothic, Circe, and The Hate You Give which those are all for BOTM. ik, it's a lot and I have varying amounts of interests and progress in each book.(tbh I barely even scratched the surface for some of them)
AND Nevernight, Vicious, and An Enchantment of Ravens only 11 days into the year and I'm struggling already

It is so relieving to see someone else read as many books as I do at the same time. Why do you do it? My reason is because I get so stressed about reading one book at a time. I hate passing my physical TBR every day so reading more than one book makes me feel like I'm getting closer. Haha.

OMG, exactly. it stresses me out to see all of my TBRs! I almost stopped adding things but that stressed me too, cause I thought I'd forget it!! So I like read 3 at a time, but never make a dent in the list cause I keep adding more. I hope that one day I read more than I want to, but that's not even possible.

Oh, I feel your pain! Oh my gosh you will have to tell me what you think about Mexican Gothic. I have been craving a good horror story. One thing that sometimes helps me is I pick a page number I want to be on by the end of the week. Maybe you can try that? I also choose times when I will read my books. Sometimes having so many options in front of you can channel a reading slump!

I am currently reading Pride and Prejudice, A Clash of Kings, Where the Crawdads Sing, and H. P. Lovecraft Tales of Horror.

Pride and Prejudice has gone by like a breeze. I need to sit down and just finish it. I think it has gone so fast because I've watched the show and other adaptions a million times! I know almost every word! Lol.

A Clash of Kings has been very interesting. Though it is embarrassing how long its taking me, I have to blame my multiple current reads lol. I just absolutely love all of the twists and turns. Jon will forever be my book boyfriend and if Cersei didn't have an incest kink, I'd be into her too.

Where the Crawdad's sing is a bit slow but the descriptions are utterly beautiful.

And, last, but not least, Tales of Horror is confusing. The first short story, Dagon, used so many archaic words I was left dumbfounded. I had no idea what was going on. Hopefully the others will prove otherwise, and maybe I'll actually look up the words!

If only we could freeze time and catch up!! It's such a comfort to have books everywhere in my room, but it's also going to be the death of me! I get so distracted and stressed about the books I want to read. It's good to talk to someone who understands, haha.
