Being born in District 8 (Textiles) Cecelia Cruz would later be a stylist for The Hunger Games. When she was 3 her father was killed in a fire. Her mother was a seamstress. She had 3 siblings which were killed in the 55th, 56th, and 57th hunger games. Her friend Mena was reaped but Cecelia volunteered. During her time in the Capitol, she showed acts of kindness. On the first day of the 58th HG, she joined the career pack alongside her district partner. That day she killed Laura [5] and Chandler [10]. In the final 7, Cecelia went hunting. Lex (2) killed her district partner than himself. Cecelia got body armor at the feast and killed Jen (3). Angie (7) then killed Dave (5) and then fell off a cliff to her demise. For 16 years Cecelia was a stylist. Her mother died in the 74th Hunger Games (the same year Cecelia had her last year of styling) from trauma. Cecelia later died in the 3rd quarter quell and died in the bloodbath by Enobaria (2) and Gloss (1).
