Sounds great. I am not sure whether I am able to join the Zoom meetings. ..And I am thinking to read the book in English and not in German. Let's see what happens :)

My mistake. I have my thing at 7 PM PST. Looks like I can make both. See you then.
I got the audiobook, so I assume that means all the way up to part two. About an hour and eight minutes in. All the way up to opal viola. Part two of seven.
Yesterday I started to read at night. I just did the prologue so far. I learned some things: reading in a foreign language takes a lot more concentration. And honestly I was shocked (just read the prologue). As German I know not every part of American history and I know that there was a lot of cruelty, but nevertheless I was shocked. I hope I will find some energy to read on soon. Seems to be very interesting. :)
Even as an American who is fluent in English, I had a little trouble getting into it. Finding time to listen without too many distractions is tough but I will continue to get better with time management and power through.

I'm not sure what format the audiobook is using but for the hard copy, there are only four parts. You should end your reading at the beginning of "Part Three: Return" by next Saturday, January 30th! I hope that helps :)

I’m sad that I’m going to miss tonight’s meeting, and probably next week too. I will see you all for the part 4 / conclusion discussion though. I’m still really enjoying the novel and can’t wait to catch up with all of you! Real vibes only!
