Series numbering: Winglets Quartet (Wings of Fire)

Hi,

I've added the (sub)series information (Wings of Fire: Winglets, #1-4) to the title field. Originally these were published as separate stories, apparently, and they have their own series page. I'm not familiar with the series, though, so if someone wants to go over the pages, that would be great.

I know there's the main Wings of Fire series, which according to the inside of the book has three parts/sub-series? There's nothing noting this on the main series page, though. First is the Dragonet Prophecy (#1-5), Second the Jade Mountain Prophecy (#6-10), and lastly the Lost Continent Prophecy (#11-13, as of the Winglet books' publication date. WOF is currently up to book #15, though.).

Plus the newer legends series.

And the Winglets short stories

I believe you can have more than one series, though? Do the Legends stories and Winglets stories need to be connected to the main Wings of Fire series as well?


Also, can someone double check the sort-by title for the Winglets Quartet? I put it as "Winglets Quartet, the: the first four stories". Or would the initial "the" go after the sub-title (stories, the)?

Update: The series didn't connect automatically, so I updated it through the series page for the Quartet, and the three-story volume published earlier on. This erased the story # info - I wasn't sure if you could have it as 1-3 under the book number field.

There can be the main series and off-spins of that main series. You can add the information to the series description that they are linked and provide links to them.

And you can add 1-3 to the book number field if it's a collection. Note though that collections are not considered primary works on Goodreads.
