Nicholas (draav) | 3 comments I am using a goodreads list to have people in my bookclub add and vote on books the next book we want to read. Once we read a book i want to be able to remove it but when i go to the edit page of the list there is no option to remove books, just to edit the title / description

https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...

it is my list, so i thought i would have edit rights, no? is there some form i need to fill out to be a moderator of the list?

Lists are public. They do not belong to the user who starts them.

Nicholas (draav) | 3 comments sure, is there a way to delete a book from list anyway?

It would be a good idea for you to make a group with your book club members, and then you can have a group bookshelf where you can add/remove books.

Nicholas (draav) | 3 comments ah that's a good idea idea, I didn't realize about the bookshelf functionality with groups. it doesn't seem to have voting. but it might be okay

There is the poll option. It is what most groups use to determine group reads.

Emily | 17742 comments I forgot about that, thanks Elizabeth.

Elizabeth (Alaska) It's OK Emily. It might or might not work for Nicholas depending on how many options the group wants to have for choices.
