Hi Catherine! We're so glad to have you!
I'm sorry to say that we don't have any Zoom meetings scheduled for the upcoming months. Our group members seem to enjoy participating whenever they have a free moment rather than in a formal discussion.
That means we offer polls, our thoughts about the book, an opportunity for you to tell us your thoughts, and a list of books we think you might also like. Feel free to comment on anything at all and our moderator will be excited to talk about your thoughts.
If you're really interested in having Zoom meetings we can certainly schedule them.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or requests!

The aspect of fate in the story and not having any choice in your future bothered me while reading. I wanted to fuss at Lena for thinking she has no choice in her future or that her choices don’t matter when it comes to her future.
Been years since I’ve seen the movie. I’m halfway through and I’m thinking that its Ethan’s fate that effects Lena going dark just like how Genevieve went dark after losing her Ethan. I think the characters didn’t make the connection between their relationship and the relationship of Genevieve and Ethan because they hadn’t admitted how much they loved each other. I understand that you can’t have the main characters see these parallels so that the story progresses, but it was practically shouting at them in the face.
The claiming was intense. I couldn’t put the book down at that point, I had to know what would happen. I did like that she is a little of both, one green eye and one gold. Thinking about how people are no one is ever completely good or completely bad. Everyone has a little light and a little dark in them.
I knew there was a sequel, but I did not expect that ending. It made me feel like everything that happened wasn’t as bad as it could have been and that it will get worse.
