WordCat (a usually trusted source for page count) places it at 505: would you mind, to be safe, letting me know what between page 505 and 512?

There is 505 numbered pages. Story ends one page behind, i.e. 506.
The numbering starts with 1 where the story opens. Before there is usual 6 pages about the author etc.
