When I saw the cute little French Bulldog on the cover of this book, I was dying to read it. I got a hold of an Advanced Readers Copy and knocked it out in one sitting.
This was a very sweet little book (as you might surmise from the cover), dealing with loss, grief, and friendship. Some parts were narrated by the dog, which was fun...but I didn't feel it was particularly notable as a Frenchie (I have one) and could have been just about any dog.
Enjoyable, but not quite the special experience I was hoping for ;)
