I'm still in Cambridge, UK in 1150something, trying to work out who is killing children in horrible ways as I am a doctor. However, the English are backward, and I have to conceal I am a doctor, as I am also a woman.

I'm in Ireland trying to reunite former babies (now adults) with their birth mothers. I've had some success but I have not revealed my history to anyone.

I am enjoying it as well. I wouldn't have picked it up without the horrible histories prompt!

I am all over the place today. I am currently stuck in a dead end job in Hawaii (There are worse places to be stuck!) and getting ready to have an adventure sailing a couple of women out to the remote Meroe Island in the Pacific. The island has a pretty shady history. Next I'll be off a retirement village in England where my friends and I are trying to solve a couple murders.
Finally, I'll be staying in England, but going back in time to around 1843 where I will be visited by 3 ghosts.

I am in England.On one hand, I am in modern England with an unusual charge. I “look after” a grown man with some unusual qualities. There seems to be a labyrinth somewhere on the grounds but I haven’t discovered it yet.

I'm in Chicago where the bodies of two men have been found staged with runic carvings. Looks like we have a serial murderer on our hands.Later today, I'll also be in Austin where it sounds like I'll be having a showdown with my creator, the evil (view spoiler).
I just finished up in Three Pines in Quebec. I have a feeling I will be back...Heading back to the steppes of Uzbekistan. I have no idea what is going on, or what time I am in (and it changes chapter to chapter) but this town is filled with colourful characters who have faired tribal conflicts, Soviets, and Nazis reasonably well considering.

I'm in London where I've become a social outcast. There have been three recent related murders and I'm going to solve them.
It doesn't feel like Sunday with Christmas yesterday. I'm in London where a young woman's body was found frozen in the ice and I've been made lead on the case.
I'm also in Los Angeles where a man's drowned body was found in a submerged carnival cage.
On one hand, I am in a tea shoppe in Charleston during Christmas time. There has been a murder and I have been asked to investigate.On the other hand, I have just arrived at a beautiful old inn on the banks of the Oyster River in New Hampshire. I won the trip as part of an award I received as a professor. It’s beautiful, but something is not right as I keep seeing visions of the past…or are they visions?

I think I'm in the US. I'm jumping from a man (who seems a tad insane) to a girl to a cat. It's all a better unsettling. I like it best when I'm a cat.
I’m in Texas. A drug dealer has called me for help because the cartel kidnapped his 18 year old daughter and took her into Mexico.
