although having a slight rankness to me (parp), i ain't bought a residents record for 41 years. they used to be the last word in strange/weird, but as time lapses, they are practically mainstream now. and i fully suspect it still ain't the same 4 individuals! i might even unload the 'ralph' originals if any-one wants to line my pocket?

Right so, all done, just 9 voters for the 13 noms, a bit of a disappointment but hey ho.

Our winner, on 13 points, The Gingerbread Man (or The Weaver as pointed out by Tim) gives the gold to Jemma. Sharing the silver, Collette and Sussex Welsh for their noms Double Shot and Voodoo Doll. And the bronze also gets split, between TheFoe for DIE! DIE! DIE! and Sera69 with Kaw Liga.

Ah, the wooden spoon - is it fair to dole it out to Serial? There was obvious confusion between his nom and TheFoe's, and I also just went with TheFoe's version because it was listed first. Maybe we'll save him the humiliation.

I really don't know how I managed it, but up until this week, I had never listened to a single track from The Residents. They certainly were not what I expected, I had the idea in my head they were just yet another screamo punk band, how wrong I was, I thoroughly enjoyed every track on the playlist. So if Brassy wants to offload that boxset which appears to be gathering dust, I am sure we could come to an arrangement.
I have no idea what the 'ralph' originals are that Tech mentions, but sure, drop me a message and we can go over it.
