Classic management book by Andy Grove, former Intel CEO, that emphasizes results oriented approach. His "Management By Objectives" (MBO) framework is precursor to "Objective & Key Results (OKRs) methodology made famous by Google.

Excellent read. Useful insights beyond business management readers; the author covers range of topics, including objective setting; planning; motivating and managing teams; interviewing and performance management.

Recommended for adults as well as new grads developing mindset for how to approach new role and corporate environment.
