Yeah, thats what I thought. I mean Xander seemed great, who cares if someone else showed up on your thingy ( I can't remember what they call it) if you are already in love. Like that wouldn't make me fall in love with them

Fair enough. I'd do the same, but I am someone who can never get rid of a book. Like ever. I have all the books I learnt to read with and everything. So I am pretty certain the whole series is somewhere in my house

!! That's so cool haha I'd for sure read them if I was in that position - I have lots of old books as my mum was a childminder, but very few id actually read
Me too! Most of the books I read on kindle, because they’re a lot cheaper. Not that I don’t prefer actual books...

I wouldn't read most of them again. Like all my noddy books and stuff like that, but they aren't going anywhere.
Elisabeth wrote: "Me too! Most of the books I read on kindle, because they’re a lot cheaper. Not that I don’t prefer actual books..."I can't read on a kindle, tbh I wish I could. But I buy a lot of books 2nd hand from amazon or world of books, as well as 2nd hand book shops
I don’t have a kindle (yet) and I strongly dislike ebooks, so I either pick up my books at our local used bookstore or get them at the library, which is biking distance from our house. :D
Before covid, i loved going to a used bookstore or charity shop but now everything is shut :(( I just use the kindle app on my phone, but i totally get why others wouldn’t like ebooks!
Awwww that’s too bad!!! The used bookstore is an important place to me (even though we don’t go that often) so I can’t imagine not going there. I’m sorry :(Yeah, ebooks just kill my eyes...if it’s a novella, I’ll get it from Libby because those are short, but otherwise it’s the library for me :/
I get a lot of books from www.thriftbooks.com. They have a ton of new and used copies in various degrees of used for fairly cheap. Every 10 books you buy, you get 1 free. Check them out.

I was so excited to start reading this book, and because my older sister has moved in she has taken the book and is reading it which means I have to wait. She is like the slowest reader ever

Finished this morning. While it didn't excite me like other books and authors, I did still enjoy it. I am intrigued to continue the story and see where it goes, but it isn't a "must read" for me.
Yeah, I'm enjoying it much more the second time but at the same time it just isn't a book that draws me in and makes me excited to read.
