Series! The bane of most readers. I have so many series on the go. Something I never had prior to a few years ago. I was always “caught up”. My goal is to finish or catch up to publishing 21 series this year. If I start a new trilogy/series in 2021, I must finish or catch up completely. I do have a problem with a couple though. In Death by JD Robb for instance. I read 1 a month only because it is up to 53 books already. I’ve been doing 1 a month for 2 years now so it works well. Another might be the Middle Grade Monthly book. In January they are reading the first in The Keepers of Lost Cities. I think they are up to 8 or 9 in the series and I only own 4. I am not buying books this year. So caught up to what I own? Maybe. Good luck everyone.
Hi, Elizabeth. Thanks for setting this up and challenging us to get those series read. I will be listing my first priority for series in 2021: to stay current with ongoing series for which I am currently caught up. So far, there are 19 series that I am current on, so that will leave open a couple of slots for me to add.
Hello dear friends! Last year I made myself a goal of finishing as many series as I can and I did Stacking the Series Challenge of 7 series. As a result, I can say that I now can progress and can even finish series.
This year, I liked the name so much I could not pass joining Serious About Series Challenge.
My main goal would be to read 42 (2x21) books belonging to the series. My secondary goal is to progress on 21 series.

Hey y'all!!I think I'll join in. I have a few series I want to continue, some I want to start, and one I want to finish. I just have one book left. praying we all have fun reading series, even if we don't stick to our goals.

Hi everyone! I'm excited to take part in this challenge and look forward to all the different ways everyone adapts it. For now, my plan is to make progress in 21 different series (I have at least 50 I'm working on).I hope to catch up/finish the shorter ones, but I still plan on reading in some of my longer ones (such as Agatha Christie and Nero Wolfe). I'm not going to count re-reads, even though I'm planning a few, but I will count any new series that I start this year.
I am compiling my list! Finishing the last book in a series this week. ;)

If you have watched me on Booktube, you know that I love to read book series. I managed to finish lots of series over the past three years in my 20x20 challenge. Now it's time for a new challenge in 2021 because I still have a boatload of series that I want to finish ( I haven't even counted them yet). Plus in my Goodreads TBR list, I have identified 147 books that are first in series. So in 2021 I thought it would be a good goal to work on finishing some series and staying caught up with some that I'm currently caught up with.
So introduce yourself here and then pop over to the other thread where you can share the series that you plan to work on in 2021. Just for fun, try to come up with some combination of 21. It can be 21 series or 21 books or whatever.
