Lol there's a lot more you can say. I wrote a post on my blog which I can't currently copy in paste but I can type out the basics if you can't find it. The blog should be the link in my bio and the post on the second page under ARCs lol very specificIt just has a lot of tips for any request platform.

Hmm well if you want Iron Widow, it was one of the first ARCs I got so you could just request it on NetGalley
Most publishers are US and ship there unless stated otherwise in the company name. And if there is a shipping issue they'll just say that in the email and direct you to the right person!

This book sounds very interesting to me because I am from Asian descent, and I love reading any/all books with Asian main character representation, as there is so little in literature. I also love the family dynamic that Asian people share, whether your blood related or not. I know that I've called at least 35 women "auntie" and I didn't know half of them when the day started.
To be honest, I'm a little nervous. This is my first Advanced Reader Copy [hopefully], and I would be honored to get it. *If* I get this, I will read it and write my review within two weeks that I receive it. I will write my review on GoodReads. Here is My Profile on there. Disclaimer: I only review on GoodReads. On GoodReads, I have 230+ friends. On the topic of this, I had a GoodReads account in 2019. But, due to mental health reasons, I had to delete it. Unfortunately, that meant that I lost all of my reviews, and progress with updating books.
I am hoping to open a Bookstagram and Booktube when I get Instagram, so I will likely post reviews there as well. If I end up posting my review there as well, I will notify you. Here is a sample review for you to get the feeling of my writing style: Shadow and Bone ReviewWith my general book reviews, they're very casual and laid back. But, if I were to write an ARC review, I presume that it would be much more formal.
I love reading Dystopian, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Mystery, LGBTQIAP+, Books with PoC Main Characters, and Fiction. I enjoy some romance novels as well.

i got rejected for that too but my ratio is exactly 30% so are we even surprised at this point

what publishers are lenient about the review ratio? like are there any specific ones that grant despite having a low ratio? you said St. Martins was good but they rejected me for Edgewood so
I've gotten two from Random House, two from IBPA, and two from Penguin Random House (which I thought was the same as RH but okay)
and most of the ones I've requested are Macmillan Children's

alkdjfslkjfdslkj st martins usually accepts a lot of my requests, but last time i checked simon and schuster accepts all requests. idk. they're the only publishing firm that i've seen on netgalley that specifically says they'll accept all requests. most are just willing if you have a ratio >50%
