yeah, edelweiss is more for librarians/booksellers, and netgalleys targets bloggers and reviewers. but not always.

they're like tours (like you can sign up for them) and the tour company sends you a copy (physical or digital, but it depends), and you review it and post it on your blog on a specific date.
