It confirmed what I always believed about Sean. He is crazy smart, more than a little rash as a young man and he was acting out against his family because his parents died. He loves Lucy and would do whatever it took to clear his name and keep her safe.
I’ve been on the fence about Sean because I had limited knowledge about his life before Lucy. While I didn’t think he was the screwup Duke made him out to be, I knew he’d been a “player” and had been bounced out of Stanford for hacking. So, I was kind of waiting for him to stumble, maybe?
I’m now all in with this guy. His motivations were so pure and everything he did in this story was to protect someone else, be it Lucy or Colton or Duke. I agree, Anita, he’s wicked smart and resourceful. And, his devotion to Lucy is without doubt or question. Sean is my hero.

It was sad that it all turned out so badly for him at Stanford. Instead of being a hero he ended up with a vengeful FBI agent with a vendetta against him.
It confirmed what I already thought of Sean and it didn't change how I feel about Sean. He's super smart and dedicated to everyone he knows and everything he does. He may have been a wild child, but he has settled down and wants to make things right.
My perception of Sean didn't change at all. I think he is smart and resourceful. He'll do anything to protect Lucy and his family.
