I have a different view about this book. I may had read several self-development books before I got this one. It has some good points which could be expressed in a few pages. I feel the book is a bit lengthy. On the other hand, if "the subtle art of not giving a fuck" is your first self-help book, I guess you'll appreciate it.
AS wrote: "This book is a more realistic and self-help book, with No boredom, no sudden trauma. This book has so many things that the author experienced in his life. It may gradually change your perspective a..."Yes! This is my first self-help book.
I'm still in the middle of reading it, but after the first few pages, I already adored it. The way he writes is amazing. It's not boring and a very realistic book. I absolutely am in love with it.
That is so true. What ive seen in a lot of non-fiction reads is that they are too preaching and thus end up to be boring. But this one talks to us. It hits us deep, in the right places too!I would highly recommend this one any time!!

I liked the random excerpts/stories. It's an easy read and different than the usual self-help.
Great job by Mark Manson
