AS Parkhya This book is a more realistic and self-help book, with No boredom, no sudden trauma. This book has so many things that the author experienced in his life. It may gradually change your perspective about life.
I liked the random excerpts/stories. It's an easy read and different than the usual self-help.

Great job by Mark Manson

Anh Nguyen I have a different view about this book. I may had read several self-development books before I got this one. It has some good points which could be expressed in a few pages. I feel the book is a bit lengthy. On the other hand, if "the subtle art of not giving a fuck" is your first self-help book, I guess you'll appreciate it.

Yes! This is my first self-help book.

Inga I'm still in the middle of reading it, but after the first few pages, I already adored it. The way he writes is amazing. It's not boring and a very realistic book. I absolutely am in love with it.

Lithika Shranuu That is so true. What ive seen in a lot of non-fiction reads is that they are too preaching and thus end up to be boring. But this one talks to us. It hits us deep, in the right places too!
I would highly recommend this one any time!!

Sangeeta S The way of writing is good. It has some good points which could be expressed in a few pages. I feel the book is lengthy and many things are repeated.
