I'm impressed that you are using color and underline in updating your list. I haven't yet found the control that will allow me to do that.
Judy - if you click on "add book/author" when you have your post/comment box open, you can search for the title you want to add in this way. At the bottom of the drop down list (after you type a title in search bar), you'll see an option to add the "link" or "cover". If you choose link and then click Add by the title of the book you searched for, you will get the underlined title in "color". Hope this helps.

How's everyone doing with the 20+21 Challenge thus far? I've got some updating to do and reading has been slow for me this month, but I'm making progress!

I was wondering that too, but I lucked out that an author I follow put her books on sale for her birthday a week after mine. I was like thank you!

Lucky you. I found a few authors bday by way of wishes on Facebook. So far I'm not finding and sagatarians

That's me as well. Just having fun and if I fill the challenges, whatever it is I'm happy. And I have until about 16 December. Because for me if I haven't managed to complete my middle December I probably won't get what I'm looking for.

I did an astrological challenge in the past where we needed to find authors from all twelve of the signs, so here are a few Sagittarian authors off the top of my head:
Colleen Hoover
Karina Halle
Susan Elizabeth Phillips
(Fun fact - pretty sure they're all born on December 11th)
If I think of or come across anymore, I'll let you know, Michelle.
ETA:
Came across this list (various genres) on Listopia:
https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...

Another way to find author's zodiac signs is to google it. I've found a few sites that list some authors and their signs this way. :)

Thanx Sandra. I had tried that but had no luck with finding a author I read or would read that was Sagittarius
I've done a few search on Google for some of the challenges. It's always trying to find someone you'd actually read that's the sticking point ☺

My favorite Colleen Hoover is Ugly Love, then Slammed, Hopeless, Maybe Someday
Karina Halle Experiment In Terror Series is sooooooo awessssooomeee.
Michelle wrote: "Doesn't ColleenHoover also have a book that was made into a series?
As always Laura you are a star."
It’s the Maybe series, which begins with Maybe Someday. I loved all three stories.

I thought it was cool that I shared the Taurus sign with another longtime favorite author, Janet Evanovich.
Sharon, are you an Aries?

Good so far...I've id'd books for most of the categories. It's the stray few that I need to work out before the year slips away too much further. (I know, I know, it's only February, but I'm in so many challenges that I need to keep on top of things as much as I can....)

Robin wrote: "Sandra - For a "local or national book club pick", can we use a group read from Goodreads, or do you want something more formal?"
I was thinking of a book that's been chosen as a book club pick - like Reese Witherspoon or Oprah or Good Morning America Book Club pick etc. Or if you know of a local book club pick in your area or an online bookclub pick?? If none of these work for you, then we'll go with a Goodreads group pick. I'm flexible. :)

You're welcome, Michelle! 😊
I saw that you started the Experiment in Terror series by Karina Halle. I did a buddy read of the whole thing with a couple of GR peeps a few years back and we all really enjoyed it. Though I liked the first book, it was a bit slow at times, but something about Dex and Perry, their dynamics, as well as whole ghost hunter idea, peaked my curiosity and kept my interest.
I got right into it as the series' progressed and was surprised when it actually freaked me out closer to the end of the journey... I don't scare easy with books! *grin*
Anyways, I hope, if you continue on, you'll find it worth your while. Ms. Halle recently put out a new book for the series that I've purchased, but haven't read yet, but it's only a matter of time...

Renee I struggled with this first book also. Yes it was slow. And for me because I don't really read horror or mystery it just took awhile to get hooked. It also didn't help that it had the young adult vibe either.
But Ms Halle has me hooked. There are just too many hints and unanswered question of where this is going. Then I saw the blurb for the latest book? I have to know how they got to that point.
I also saw that the sister also has her own duet that also came out recently.
Have you read any other of this authors series?

I can see that if you don't really read horror or mystery.
Things will definitely change for the leads along the way, but it takes a bit for Dex and Perry to get there...

She's got you hooked already, eh?

Gotta love when that happens! 😁
I read

I fully intend to read the second book that KH put out (yesterday!) for the duet.
That being said, it's not one I would recommend reading until after you've finished the EIT series. I think a lot of people tackled it as a standalone and some didn't enjoy it as much because they didn't have the whole background on Perry and Ada's lives and previous adventures...
Have you read any other of this authors series?"
The only other series of hers that I've almost finished is The Artist's Trilogy (one novella and three books). I remember enjoying it, but I didn't get around to reading the last book despite my good intentions. Can't remember why.

I still hope to complete this one in future.

You're welcome, Michelle.
Hopefully you'll enjoy it when you do. 🤞

I know it isn't a big deal but it is frustrating. When I follow your instructions and try to add a book, this is what I get: Say No More Clearly not the same results you get, but I can't see where I am going wrong. I tried it on Link and cover options with much the same result.
OK - now this is weird. When I looked at the preview of this post, the (book:Say No More/49909400) that I had cut and pasted changed to just the title IN Color. Does that mean that everyone else sees my entries in color as I do theirs even though it doesn't show it to me?
Well, Duh, I finally figured out that if I left it there and closed the edit, it showed up properly. Sorry.
