Sunstar padded along the border of her clan. Her clan looked calm and peaceful right now, but Sunstar had seen how quickly that could change in a world like this. Her eyes flickered from the sky to every den at a rapid pace. Making sure there were no predators, no danger to the kits and taking mental counts of who was here and not. Sunstar stretched her lean body over the den as she bounded down to join her clan. Still, her eyes were flitting all over the place constantly over watching her clan and making sure they were safe. Sunstar had just gotten her 9 lives and had no intention of losing them to carelessness. "We'll need to patrol the border again soon" she commented. "Who hasn't patrolled in a while?"
