WillowRaven (willowraven1) | 352 comments I've been going through the different Librarian manuals and threads in regards to acceptable re/sources for various information. For the page count, one thing suggested was the Calibre Page Count plug-in. Unfortunately, there isn't one available - or compatible - for Android devices. Given that, is there anything else that can be used that is equivalent to this plug-in that *is* available for Android ? Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) works with epub, not mobi/azw, so when needing to determine page count for non-epub and non-pdf, I'm kind of at a loss.

Most of the ebooks I read are via Kindle, however many (!) list it as "location" instead of "page count". Is it possible that, at some point, the Devs might consider adding that option to the book info/data? I know pages can fluctuate on an ebook because of font size, font used, etc etc however even a rough estimate (i.e. "page count of X using font/size of 12 as default") is preferable to no count at all .... or even location.

As far as Kindle edition page counts go, more and more are getting page counts on Amazon (though if there isn't a print edition it can take a bit for it to show up).

I don't know of any Android plugins that work like the Calibre one does, but even the Calibre one works better on epub than mobi editions.
