Not the thing you want to discover the last week of December. But suddenly my 2020 reading challenge is totally empty! Not sure where to get help with this my 2020 year in review is there but my reading challenge is empty. not sure where I can get help thank you!

Librarians are volunteers who do the book cataloging & stuff like that - we don't have access to the rest of the site.
If I was you I would try clearing your cache/history. Then please contact Support (Staff) https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
It's just a glitch with the count. The books are still there.
