Hilary and Jaxsnmom: I am new at this but, if you want, I can choose for September. However, I would rather have my birthday month (October!)

1. Sophie Kimball Mystery by J. C. Eaton - personal pick
2. Davis Way by Gretchen Archer
3. Noodle Shop by Vivien Chien - bakery/restaurant
Hope this helps!
P.S. Yea, time is definitely flying by!
Yes - I mean September. See - I'm already a month behind!
Hilary - why don't you take September?
Cheryl - October is all yours. 🎂
Meg - How about November?

Sure thing. Will any of the three I suggested work for November or should I look out for others?

Cheryl - It would probably be a good idea to remind me to set up the discussion threads around the 20th of September. My mind isn't keeping up with passing time. 😁 That's all you need to do, and it isn't your responsibility to do that.

🤣 I will try to remind you but we might need someone to remind me to remind you! 🤦♀️

As spacey as I get nowadays, I tend to ask people to remind me of things, too, Problem is they've become as forgetful as I am. 😆

Let's just pretend we all have so much knowledge in the storage of our brains that, now and then, the files get misplaced! 😉

Jaxnsmom: Is someone picking for December? It's really late November and I haven't seen anything! I can pick if needed.

Anyone have a good Christmas series that would read?
Huh, I could have sworn I posted yesterday asking the same question. I did, but it was in this thread, instead of here :)

I found three cozy mysteries that have Kindle and print:
Christmas Tree Farm Mystery by Jacqueline Frost

Christmas Village Cozy by Leighann Dobbs

Snow Globe Shop Mystery by Christine Husom

There are many others out there but I chose these since they are Cozy Mystery genre AND can fit into the Holiday theme!

When I posted in this thread a few days ago, I also PMd Jaxnsmom, asking her the same question and making a couple of series suggestions in case she wanted to make a quick decision. I see that those series are on the group's main page as December's reads, but I haven't seen an announcement about it.
Meg Langslow series, by Donna Andrews
first book : Murder with Peacocks
I know there are several Christmas-themed books in the series
Ginger Gold series, by Lee Strauss
first book : Murder on the SS Rosa

Yes! I'm setting it up now. I've been busy getting to go see my family for the first time in two long years.
Yay for seeing family! After months of thinking that Son and his wife wouldn't be here for Christmas, we just found out an hour ago that they *will be here, even if only for a couple of hours. I'll happily take those couple of hours!
