I have merged into the longer name.

I didn't know that was a title, but in general, it is okay to merge shorter names into a longer one, as long as *all* of the shorter name is included.

As a rule we do not include titles but I will wait for someone else to offer an opinion before I remove it.

If it's a title analogous to countess, it should be removed.

And the author doesn't primarily publish under the shorter name, and has not otherwise indicated they prefer to use the shorter one.
