Bryant is a true friend, and Kim acknowledges that when he brings Barney to see her. At this point in the series, he knows her better than anyone else.
Again and again we see evidence of the genuine friendship between Kim and Bryant. And what is really refreshing is that he is happily married and there is no hint of anything sexual between them. Everyone needs a friend like Bryant. He's always got her back. And it's not a one way street. Kim is a great boss for Bryant allowing him to do what he does best in a supporting role which he wants. They respect and complement each other for who they are.
I so loved these scenes. It took courage for Bryant to get in Kim’s face the way he did and to stand firm. When he brought Barney, my heart melted.
It’s a testament to their friendship and how well Bryant truly knows Kim for him to know exactly what to do to help his friend and leader. It was a fine line and he walked it skillfully.

One of my favorite things about series is how the relationships between characters develop and their dynamics. I loved the dynamics between Kim and Bryant and she needs someone to let her just be human and vulnerable
Their relationship is turning out to be one of the special aspects of this series. I love the dynamics, too, and it’s becoming part of Kim’s therapy.
