oh boy. I have sciatica and ice helps but the way it hurts I have to sit on the ice pack. What's wrong with your knee? Reading helps me get distracted from the pain.

I have bad arthritis so my knees always hurt, but I think I have damaged something. It's swollen more than usual and very painful. Gonna have to go see a doctor in the very near future. *sigh*
