Daisy took a few minutes to gather her thoughts and wipe her eyes. "W-Well..." She started "M-My dad... he's like... drunk a lot... and whenever he gets mad, which is l-like always... h-he hits me.... He's a b-bum and so my mom has to do all the work for us so we d-don't go broke, so she has t-to work multiple jobs... One time h-he hit her because sh-she tried to tell someone about h-him..." That was all Daisy felt needed to be said. She looked scared "D-Don't tell him I said any of that..."
Daisy shivered "Whenever I do something wrong..."
"Whatever he doesn't like... making a lot of noise... keeping my light on more than half an hour... coming home after nine... sleeping too long... eating too loudly..."
"Uhm... daily?" She said, refusing to make eye contact with Laura.
Daisy shrugged "I-I don't know... ever since Harry died?"
Daisy felt a tear running down her cheek but didn't wipe it "He was my brother... he died in a car crash four years ago..."
Daisy looked up "Wh-What about my dad?"
She tilted her head "H-he wont be at home...?"
She gasped, tilting her head "Really...?"
She shrugged. "I-I guesss..."
"Sh-she still has to make money though..."
Daisy nodded, taking the paper "Yeah, ill be fine"
"Its only a mile, Ma'am. Dont worry"
She nodded "I mean its okay. The neighbirs are nice enough"
"I actually dont have a phone... my dad shot it..."
"Theres a pistol in the garage..."
"P-Permits...?" she asked "He has a drivers liscence..."
"I dont know! Hes had it for years" she answered
She nodded "Ok" She stood up awkwardly. "Uhm... A-All my stuff is still at school..."

She nodded "Th-Thank you..."

She got out, went to get her stuff from the Art room, then came back out
Daisy read it and nodded "Y-Yeah, thats it..."
Daisy nodded and looked at the house. She sighed. She didnt wanna walk in there...
Daisy shook her head "N-No... sorry..."
Daisy nodded "Y-Yeah.... I'll be fine." She got out and walked toward the door. She turned around "Th-thank you..."
(idk. i think the dad would do anything to get out but do it super stupidly and not know how to work and not take any of his lawyers advice and get a super long sentence...)
(yeah. so im not good with courtroom rp sooo... when we get to that point....)
(yea, we do need soem of that. maybe we make it like sort of like... a jumpoiong type thing? like in a play i just did.... they jump between two scenes.... like between the legal stuff and the art stuff loike back and forth....)

Daisy saw him standing in the parking lot once more and walked over to him. She smiled and walked over to him
She smiled and climbed in "Thank you" She said
She looked at her lap "How is your project coming?"
She shrugged "It's coming along... I did you..." She blushed "I mean, I finished drawing you... I just don't know what I wanna add to it..."
Daisy nodded "Yeah, me too..." she said quietly
Daisy sighed "What's the point in having flashy cars like that...?"
She got out as well and grabbed her sketchbook, holding it close to her chest.
She walked up to the counter "Can I get an iced sweet tea?" She asked quietly.
