Just completed #5 (dark academia) - Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. This was exactly what I needed after a few not-great books! Easy prose with a universe that is explained well without too much delay or endless explanations. Loved the characters and it has just the right amount of teen angst. Definitely worth reading! 5 stars

I think that depends on how strict you want to be for your challenge. We aren't super strict here, the point is really to enjoy reading and read more. :)

44. The book on your TBR list with the ugliest cover: : While there are some ugly book covers, I'm using this prompt as more of some critiques of the cover/story. I think the jewelry the woman is wearing is a bit GAUDY (which could easily be the pt based on the content) but I think there could've been a version of this cover that really communicated what the author was better. So, somewhat ugly to me.
