Popsugar - 2021

Just completed #5 (dark academia) - Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. This was exactly what I needed after a few not-great books! Easy prose with a universe that is explained well without too much delay or endless explanations. Loved the characters and it has just the right amount of teen angst. Definitely worth reading! 5 stars

18. A book about a subject you are passionate about:
Big Friendship: How We Keep Each Other Close The importance of friendship has been a constant throughout my life, but I just started yapping about it in the last 5 years. It was nice to a read a book confirming its importance/talking about rifts in friendships.

I discovered this discussion little late. I will though still try to join and attempt the challenge, atleast 30 among the standard prompts.

4. The book on your TBR list with the ugliest cover. The Little Old Lady Who Broke All The Rules by Catharina Ingelman-Sundberg

Ugly cover not because of the older woman but because they went out of the way to make her look frumpy and the color of the book itself is kind of ugly
