Benjamin stared at Jesse's arm where he had ripped the sleeve. He couldn't help thinking how Jesse was sweet and hot at the same time.
Benjamin didn't realize Jesse could hear everything. They had tied harrison down and Benjamin still had the knife against his throat.
"Eep!" Benjamin exlaimed out loud, scooting away "Get outa my head-"
Benjamin nodded. He didn't like people reading his thoughts. It felt violating
Benjamin glared at him "I'm capable of taking care of myself."
Benjamin sneered "Well stop asking"
Benjamin shook his head and turned away. When he turned back, he saw Harrison's ropes laying on the ground, cut. "NO!" Benjamin screamed and ran around looking for Harrison but he was long gone. He rounded on Jesse, pointing angrily "If you hadn't been worrying about me, he wouldn't have gotten away!"
Benjamin staggered as if he'd been hit. He looked away wiping his face "W-Well, it's n-not my fault..."
Benjamin shook his head, turning back, screaming through tears "WELL YOU DID!"

Benjamin laughed bitterly "I'm always here, idiot." He couldn't help but think how hard it was for him to not be rushing into Jesse's arms, but what he'd said about Benjamin being weak and small.... well that was too far.
