It's a story about Billy Luck and his cat Toro. Toro is his emotional support cat that helps get Billy through his depression. When Toro gets cancer Billy fears he will relapse into his suicidal tendencies. He eventually finds out about a black market called the Bazaar on the dark web where things like experimental medicine can be purchased. But the Bazaar is hidden for a reason...and Billy may have to encounter extremes that the world has been pushed to for such a place as the Bazaar to exist. Dangerous extremes.
