‘Chain of Gold’ by Cassandra Clare would fit here, and it is a series that takes place before Mortal Instruments and after Infernal Devices. I ended up really loving it! The next book ‘Chain of Iron’ comes out this year so I will probably use that.

I finished The Serpent and the Pearlby Kate Quinn for this prompt. It is a novel about the Borgias. It is the first of a series; I haven't decided if I'll continue the series or not. I want to check off more Popsugar prompts before I commit to a new series.

I completed Gods of Jade and Shadow by Sylvia Moreno Garcia and very much enjoyed it
