My holiday spirits rose just hearing tbe SCOTUS rejection! If I did not have important conference calls tomorrow midday, I would be glued to watching for first time ever the Electoral College vote, for first time ever, alternating with the vaccine rollout.

I only realized yesterday that 2 of my sisters will be among first to be vaccinated...one is a healthcare worker in a hospital, the other is in a special needs nursing home. They represent a quarter of my immediate family. Leaves me breathless.

Wait, you mean tinsel ISN'T supposed to cover the carpet? Imagine that!

There were always a special selection of non-breakable ornaments for the lower parts of the trees for little ones human and furry. My sister Cathie liked to sit under the tree and talk to it. Hmmmm...she still does!😂
