I have no idea, but I have no doubt I'll read at least one book like that that won't work for any other category. I could use the preview option, but I do enough reading that for some of these, I'll play it by ear unless it gets down the the wire and I still haven't read anything for it.

Completion Post:Just finished reading: "Look Homeward, Angel" by Thomas Wolfe (★★★★☆),it tells the coming-of-age story of Eugene Gant, whose restlessness and yearning to experience life to the fullest take him from his rural home in North Carolina to Harvard. My edition has the first chapter ending on page thirteen.
Wolfe's narrative is stunning as he manipulates the English language extremely well. The narrative is sweeping, turgid, and intense, where the passion never stops regardless of who or what is happening or what he is describing. It is a turbulent and passionate work – a brilliant novel of lasting impact.
I read
Murder by the Book by Lauren Elliottit's a fun cozy that I enjoyed

The Office: The Untold Story of the Greatest Sitcom of the 2000s: An Oral History by Andy Greene. The first chapter ends on page 23. It's enjoyable if you're a fan of The Office (the American version). I learned some fun facts from behind the scenes. Much like the TV show, however, it starts kind of slow, gets really good, but then you realize it has been going on too long. Still, it was a fun and quick read.
I read The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls for this prompt.....First Chapter ended on page 5. This is a great read and I would highly recommend putting it on your TBR list!!
I read Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire. I don't remember where I looked for the last page of the first chapter. Since I read on a Kindle, the number of pages per chapter can vary based on font size. At least on MY device and the font size I use, the first chapter ended on an odd number.
