Ben Truong | 60 comments Completion Post:

Just finished reading: "Bag Man: The Wild Crimes, Audacious Cover-Up, and Spectacular Downfall of a Brazen Crook in the White House" by Rachel Maddow and Michael Yarvitz (★★★★☆), it is an in-depth study of the 1973 resignation of Vice President Spiro Agnew from scandal.

Maddow and Yarvitz clearly did their due diligence when it comes to research, but while they make some effort to present Agnew’s attack-dog political tactics as the precedent for Trump's tirades against anyone who opposes him, this connection is not emphasized enough, which made the connection tenuous at best.

Kim Hampton | 266 comments I have a question about this catagory. I read The Children's Blizzard by Melanie Benjamin, and it says on the title page that it was published by Delacorte Press, but on the information page it says Delacorte Press is an imprint of Random House, a division of Penguin Random House LLC. So does it count for this challenge?
