Dana Theory One:

I think that Tyler could possibly be the antagonist in the story. He doesn’t believe that Juliette is qualified enough to lead the Scarlet Gang, however he also knows that Lord Cai isn’t going to choose Tyler over his own daughter. I think he intends to make a virus and control the population by the use of fear. The White Flower Gang and the Scarlet Gang are the two main powers that everyone in the city fears. By targeting them, and showing that no one in the city is safe, he could control the entire city. I also think that he could develop a drug to the virus that he himself created and try to distribute it to whoever he chooses is valuable enough to him. If anyone crosses him then he withholds the cure. Him having the only cure for a disease killing hundreds/ thousands could also be how he blackmails Lord Cai into making him the heir of the Scarlet gang (because he’s misogynistic and doesn’t believe that a woman could lead the gang as well as a man could).

Areej (ifwewerereaders) | 1 comments Well that was certainly interesting to read, and tyler does seem like an asshole trying to overthrow juliette and take power no matter what it takes. That's clear from the breakfast scene where everyone seems enamored with him, he's clearly trying to get all the attention and support he needs for that

kylie black (kylieeblack) i think that so far it's SUPER good but i really want to learn more about kathleen and i hope we get to see flashbacks for roma and juliette before she left.
