Chris Topic says it all -

I'm assuming the challenges are not mutually exclusive? In other words, I can read one book that satisfies something for Marvel v DC, something for PopSugar, and something for Readers Suggestions... all in the same book. Yes?

Melanie | 1689 comments That's a personal preference. Some people write rules for themselves, but I do that all the time. In fact I love when a book matches all the challenges @ the same time :)

Johanne *the biblionaut* | 793 comments Yup, I do that as well. I also get a special satisfaction from reading a book that matches across challenges ;)

Hayley | 550 comments The readers suggestions challenge says you can use the same book for 2 slots too. Makes things easier. I normally just choose my books for the super hero challenge then slot them into the other ones if they fit.

That's the only way I'd ever make progress on more than one challenge, otherwise I'd have to give up something essential like sleeping... I tend to pick one challenge as my primary challenge (usually the team challenge), which I'll really do my best to finish, and then consider anything else as bonus points. It's all supposed to be fun too, so there's no pressure to finish everything :-)

I absolutely use books for more than one challenge myself. The only thing I don't let myself do is, if I'm doing both sides of the superhero challenge, I won't let the book count for both teams there.
