And in keeping with the 2020 madness, we might be having another public safety power outage Tuesday... 🤦🏻‍♀️ (Because it is sooo much easier for them to shut off our power than do the legally required maintenance to keep everyone safe. 😒😡🤬) Anyway, plan on signups ending Tuesday evening US EST but it won't officially close until I post they are closed. And there is a solid chance teams might not be posted until sometime Wednesday. And all of this is subject to change with Mother Nature's whims. 🤷🏻‍♀️

OK, while I have the generator running - quick update.

The power is forecast to be off until Wednesday evening, even though all the weather warnings end Tuesday night. At this point, I am going to say that teams will not be announced until Wednesday after 6 PM US EST and likely a few hours after that. Signups will remain open until sometime Wednesday. 😊

With the shorter timeline, be prepared to find your team thread and join the discussion promptly. I will try to get the team threads posted tomorrow so captains can reserve tracking posts. 🤞🏼

As things stand right now, I am short one captain, will need another if there are more signups.

Also, for anyone on the fence about captaining, it's SUPER easy. I did it last round which was also my first time playing and wasn't really lost about how it worked at all. You could also ask me questions if needed (although this is also only my second time so it's not like I'm an expert lol)
